It was one of the hottest evenings of the year – even though it was September. The smoked salmon and cream cheese canapés were melting on the plate and even with all the windows and doors open, the Terrace Room at Islip Village Hall resembled a furnace. Guests spilled out onto the patio area to enjoy the last of the sun’s rays, and I carried on signing books.

Thanks to everyone who came, talked to me about the book and of course bought a copy. 

The paperback is now available on Amazon (as well as the Kindle e-book) and it can be ordered through Waterstones. Don’t be put off by the long delivery time – I’m not sure where they’ve got that from, but it won’t be anything like that. Or copies can be bought from this website.
